Today we honor a man named Martin Luther King. So many wonderful quotes from this visionary intuitive, who still inspires us today. One of my faves: “Faith is taking the first step, even when you don’t see the whole staircase.”
How often are we faced with the choice to let go of strict ration (seeing is believing) and rely on faith (knowing is believing)? Faith in ourselves, faith in others, faith in something greater than ourselves, all of it requires a letting go and believing what we know intuitively. I’m not talking about “blind” faith. I’m talking about hooking in to our inner wisdom and doing what we “feel” and “know” is the right thing. That can be scary at first…kinda like taking that step on the unseen staircase Dr. King speaks of. But once you gain comfort in the practice of this, it’s actually easier than you might imagine. What are your thoughts on this topic?
